I'm sure most of you have seen a baby wrap before. I have a homemade version that I LOVE. Especially when we are feeding the homeless it keeps Rosie wrapped up tight close to me and safe from wondering too closely to glue bottles and other unsavory things.
Tonight it served another purpose as well...
After we fed tonight I was exhausted and not ready to fix dinner so we decided to run to KFC (Darwin's choice). Near the beginning of dinner, Rosie had a major blow out in her diaper. Most of it ended up up her back and not in her diaper so I had to think quick. We had used the extra shirt that is usually in the diaper bag a couple of days before and I hadn't gotten around to replacing it. I couldn't let her run around KFC topless, what was I going to do...
Ta dah (rosie's favorite expression) One 8 foot wrap turned into a shirt.
This was her racing around the house in it
This was right after she fell down because it made her really top heavy.
And this is just my adorable baby girl.
She looks like she's about to scale Mount Everest or something.
Soon after I put the camera away one of the tails came down and the cat had a blast riding around the house on it. Rosie and her best friend the cat crack me up.
I'll try to get some pics of me using the wrap correctly with Rosie in it so you know what it's supposed to look like. I can't imagine doing what I do with Rosie without it.

I want to see how your wrap really works and how you made it! I am planning on using several different wraps/carriers, etc.
love the "everest" pic. love you!
