This is Maricela holding baby Jimena.
I've written about Jimena before (but I can't figure out how to put in the cool link to past posts so if you're interested you're just going to have to look for it manually, sorry :) ). She is Lili and Alis's niece and has become the little princess of the church. Everyone loves to carry her around and love on her.
This is Jimena with her aunt Yarixa, another of Lili and Alis's sisters. This baby is definitely not lacking in love.
Tonight after church several of the ladies were selling food items to raise money for a big women's conference next year.
Esmira, Jairo's wife, made chop suey. It was the hit of the night.
I love when we have these activities because everyone stays around and talks and really enjoys themselves. It's kind of the Mogote version of a potluck.
